Aguada Beach Condos

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, with modern appliances. Mildred, the housekeeper was wonderful, warm, helpful, honest and kind! She went out of her way to help us! I cannot say enough nice things about her! Her gentleman friend, also very honest and personable, located us a handicap shower chair to use, which was literally a life saver! The owner allowed us a late check- out, which was very accommodating and appreciated, especially due to a late flight. The pool was very nice but could have used some rafts, noodles, anything. Security compound was nice for protection but blocked air throughout property. Air conditioning and fans inside were amazing. Furniture was comfortable with little extra touches inside which were nice and upscale. Liked self check in and check out. The neighbor next door, Natalie also helped us get supplies when we were stranded on a holiday, which was extremely nice and welcoming! If you have no problem with mobility, this would be a great place to rent. The deck upstairs is very beautiful.

I felt the advertisement photos were misleading.. The photos make this this condo appear to be on the water/beachside but it is instead across the street. What I thought was a beachside gazebo for my handicap father was not. The gazebo is actually on the roof and therefore useless for the needs of someone who cannot climb stairs or needs easy access to the beach. Also, really not much of a beach view at all within the confines of the walls, on the first floor. They were working on the exterior of the house daily, which I realize is to better the property but it was rather intrusive.. One day they were working loudly on the roof for hours, another day weed eating and maintenance all day, all which were noisy and started early! There are 3 security cameras in one small pool area. This is one house broken into 3 units. Instead of renting a private condo, it felt as if we were being watched/surveilled constantly. Handicap rails in the bathroom are needed and hooks to hang towels would be useful. The manual gate was kind of a real pain, especially in a very small area to navigate, park, etc. The stay was really nice but I would not have paid this kind of money to rent a condo, unless it was on the beach and with easy beach access, with comfortable seating close to the beach area. Also, there were dogs next door, which barked sometimes for hours and hours and at all hours.

Easy & self check in & out, condo decor, cleanliness, gate security, wifi connection, good communication with the condo management team, good location, ocean/beach view.

Couldn't watch TV, cable/antenna not connected or activated, not even for local channels. Outdoor furniture on top roof not available as shown on photos. Not a big deal but experience would have been a little better if ablevto watch TV.

Let me start by saying the owner treated me with great respect before ever seeing the place. Once there, the place had every amenity needed to make me feel at home. When I left, I felt like I was leaving home! I will recommend the place to family and friends!!!! Thank you sir for the hospitality!

I loved the facility it was such a great place and a great view of the beach right infront of it the owner was great and communicated with us lovely awnsered us fast and attended to us great it was such a great experience went to the beach walking almost everyday I recommend this place to anyone and I'd buy this place out again when I visit.
