L'expérience de conciergerie numérique m'a fait me sentir bien accueillie. Le check-in en autonomie facilite l'arrivée avec un vol tardif. La localisation est à la fois calme et proche de restaurants. La plage d'Ocean Park est accessible à pied. L'appartement est spatieux et bien équipé.

After booking based on other glowing reviews, our expectations were high, so when we first arrived at the property it took about a half day to settle on and acclimate. That said, after our first night we felt very much at home and were incredibly happy with our decision to stay at this property. The comments on the neighborhood in other reviews I've read are pretty accurate. This location is not for the resort crowd, but is perfect for those travelers who like to be within walking distance of great food, night life and beaches and prefer to blend in a bit with the locals. We are a vegetarian and omnivore and had ample delicious and healthy dinner and breakfast/brunch options withing walking distance. The neighborhood is very respectful of pedestrians and all of the locals we interacted with were incredibly helpful and kind. The unit itself was hip and fun, while also being calming and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and responsive when we needed to contact them with a request to store our luggage. The wi-fi is fast, too. We would definitely stay here again during our next stay in San Juan!

Property was walking distance to beach and eateries.

I stayed here for my birthday trip and everything was perfect! When we arrived everything was clean and the owners checked in to make sure everything was okay upon arrival. We ran out of towels but one of the cleaning ladies quickly helped with getting us clean towels. Owners are very responsive and helpful. I will be staying here again on my next visit!

I loved my stay! I had the unit with the outdoor shower it was so beautiful and each room has its perk. I definitely want to stay again when I come back

Nice property with plenty of amenities and centrally located to restaurants, beach, and stores. The hosts were responsive. Transportation (Uber) was readily available and modest cost to nearby sites such as the mall, Old San Juan, and airport. We would certainly stay here again.

This property was AMAZING! Went for my honeymoon and it was private and romantic and the guide shared by the owners was great for having good places to eat and go out. 10/10 recommend!

This property was the perfect spot to stay in during our stay in Puerto Rico. The architecture was beautiful (I’m an architectural engineer by trade, so I loved it) , and the space was perfect for our group. We loved the outside shower and the use of natural elements throughout the apartment. Not to mention APT got us into the apartment asap when we had an issue with our Airbnb. Thank you APT and we will be using you again for our next stay!

This was the most beautiful and easy to work with rental I have ever stayed at. The facilities are absolutely GORGEOUS and they were so helpful and flexible. 10/10 will be returning
