I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. There was no electricity in my room for two hours, which significantly impacted my stay. I contacted Expedia for assistance, but they were completely unhelpful. The compensation offered was inadequate, and the hotel's excuse regarding the electricity issue is not my problem—I paid for amenities that I did not receive. Overall, this situation negatively affected my hotel experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
