Sanderling Resort Residences

The staff was remarkable! The dining was superb. I just wish I had more time to spend there. The booking availability is confusing depending on your site of choosing.

Quiet atmosphere with a lot of amenities, the gym was my personal favorite.

The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room was very nice with ample space. My only suggestion would be to deep clean or replace the hall carpeting, particularly around the elevator.

The property has so many amenities and they are all top notch. The service is absolutely amazing! Every single person is so friendly and helpful and goes the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great service and very friendly but arrived at 4pm and couldn’t check in until after 5pm. No maid service for 3 days. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Convenient location. All of the outdoor showers were broken so there was sand everywhere in the hotel.

Calvin did a great job welcoming our family to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The onsite restaurant had great service, amazing food, and I felt the prices were on point. Being the second year we have vacationed here we were not disappointed and will likely be back!

However, one aspect to note is the challenge of securing early check-in, which could be improved through enhanced transparency in communication. Despite this, the resort's staff members stand out for their exceptional service, enhancing the overall guest experience. This resort is ideal for both cold weather escapes and summer retreats, providing a welcoming atmosphere for various occasions, including family gatherings. The picturesque location adds to the charm, offering a beautiful backdrop for memorable moments. The dining options at the resort are top-notch, with excellent restaurants serving delicious food to satisfy every palate. Additionally, guests can expect clean and inviting rooms that contribute to a comfortable and pleasant stay. The refreshing scent in the rooms enhances the overall ambiance, adding to the positive experience for guests.

On a business trip and decided to take advantage of the good deal for the night at the Sanderling. Check in and check out seemed awkward, perhaps more staff should be helping out, but no sense of urgency to get guests in and out. The room was fine, but housekeeping left way too much decaf and not enough regular coffee. Also, the room had few towels and what towels there were couldn’t go around the waste because they were more like hand towels. For what it is, I expect the details of the Sanderling to be on the mark. Not this time.
