Lost a coat and when I asked the front desk they told me I needed to fill out a form online. That they couldn't check the lost and found, couldn't call them, and that I couldn't go to where the lost and found was. That is ridiculous. We were set to go tubing and needed the coat then, there is no reason if the items are on site that they can't be looked for right then and there. I had to go buy a new coat. Also, the bunny hill was closed, which I wish I knew ahead of time since we had three kids with us that were going to ride it. Instead we went to Cascade Mountain.

A nice Holiday feeling. Clean and had everything you needed.

Didn't heat too well but it was extremely cold. Also ice build up on entry stairs making it slippery going in and out.
