Christmas Mountain Campground

It was quiet and well maintained. The staff was friendly.

It’s a time share but they weren’t high pressure.

We did not have any issues during our stay. There are so many activities to do around the property. The only thing we didn’t love was there were no clear instructions regarding check out as in if we had to check out at the office, where to leave garbage or used towels etc. Everything else was fantastic, a quiet family friendly resort!

Everything was amazinf

When me and my family made it there the refrigerator did not work they sent out 3 maintenance worker on three separate times and still the refrigerator wasn’t working properly and some of our food was ruined and the kitchen sink was leaking water and at the end of the stay when the maintenance guy was trying to stop the leak the garbage disposal didn’t work any more so they will have to service that also me and my family had a bad experience and I contacted the place and they also knew what had happened I reported it to them as it was happening and this was my first time going to this resort

The property had a lot of amenities to enjoy. The cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything that you might need.

The price of the golf cart rental seemed a little high. Other than that, there was nothing else that I did not like.

Almost everything met or was ceded our expectations

The person that helped us get the kayaks at the lake was uninformed rude and unwilling to answer questions . We were not sure where the kayaks were so asked the person we should ask and he said down near the lake we informed him that we could not find them and he said “ they are there” we said again we can not find them can you ask someone and he said No! They are there. Not willing to help. Rude insensitive and it was our first time there , not a great experience the first time we tried to do an activity, only negative experience and we talked about it the whole Ride home about how great a time we had except for the guy at the kayak place at the lake.

I came back from shopping n swimming n I was locked out of my room my keys weren't working some staff worker try to help use open door nut couldn't open ot m he cut him self which made a mess off blood everywhere.

Everything. The staff was very friendly, the cottage was clean, the amenities were amazing. Easy check in process and checkout process. There was so much to do on site that we weren't able to get to everything. Will definitely stay there again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Awesome little campground with amenities. Close to downtown yet just far enough away Would come back again
