Really nice little place, lovely little pool and the staff was really helpful and friendly. Will be returning 100% on our next trip to Bali.

It is a brand new place, very clean and the staff was very kind to us . The staff is also doing a really good job,taking good care of the place. The rooms are really modern and have a small kitchenette with all you need to cook including plates, glasses, cutleries, pans….which is really nice to have. I would definitely book again!

Gardens are nice, room is small but ok. It's a cheap place, but I wouldn't consider that they have breakfast (it's coffee and bread only, and I cannot eat gluten... So I would prefer to know that and buy something). It's no usual in Bali this breakfast. For the price it was ok, but we stayed in many other places with this price that was much better.

"Breakfast" (only coffee and bread).

1) Stray dogs, 2) Rude management, 3) Violating their own check out policies, 4) Hierarchical treatment of guests depending on cost of room booked 5) Prison-sized Rooms 6) Got threatened to not leave a single stain on towels & sheets We were treated really poorly. We extended our booking on the platform, however, it was NOT explicitly clear if and how we could extend to ensure we kept our room. Regardless of the ambiguity, we extended our stay. Next morning, at 1pm, on the way out for our appointments we got approached by staff who requested that we vacated our room and changed to a "smaller" room. Excuse we were given is that somebody else had already booked the bigger room and we, apparently, extended for a smaller room. Newcomers were supposedly arriving at 5pm so we had to vacate ASAP. Check out is at 12 and nobody approached us asking to vacate the room by/around 12, so we could have left for the entire day and newcomers would have no room. Additionally, we were asked to talk to "management" on the phone who offered 0 customer service by gaslighting us that what we were experiencing was "normal" and that it was not only totally our own fault for booking a "wrong" room, we would have no compensation. If our room was not available anymore, we should have been told the night before or at least well before 12 to have notice to pack, and not at 13pm. Hotel violated their own checkout policy, messed up our plans for the day and made us accept responsibility. No compensation was offered at all. To add further background - this property does NOT advertise breakfast, yet, the breakfast in the form of instant coffee or tea (none of which was provided in the room) was offered to us during our first morning. Additionally, we got a bun each. The morning after the complaint we got no breakfast. Got threatened to not leave a single stain on towels & sheets

This hotel was clean, had good parking and nice staff.

Nice room, good bed. A well-equipped kitchenette in the room. New and clean. Cheap motorcycle rental from the hotel.

Breakfast (coffee + sweet bread) could have been different. Maybe coffee, toast, egg).

Small brand new hotel, very nice room, with kitchenette. The location was very good, next to the main road, but you couldn't hear the sounds of the road. Breakfast modest, coffee and sweet bread. Great staff, and you could rent a brand new motorcycle from the hotel cheaply.

Maybe breakfast could have been coffee and toast. The sweet bread was not the best for me.

Nice little place. Everything is pretty much brand new and very clean. The mini kitchenette in the room is a great addition. Pool area is small but nice and peaceful. Staff friendly. Location just off main road through Jimabran. Short bike to beach.

Upon checking out we were asked to leave a good google review on the spot. After leaving the review the staff then thoroughly inspected the room and charged us for a tiny mark on the bed sheets which I’m certain would come out in the wash. This was all whilst our poor taxi driver was sat outside waiting for us too. Just thought it was a little weird end to what had been a nice stay
