I loved it! Highly recommend. It was 15 min uber ride from the strip in case it matters to you. There’s plenty of outdoor free self-parking besides the valley.

The Durango was a beautiful stay with overall amazing customer service from the front desk, to the coffee shop, to the valet, everyone was friendly helpful and understanding.

The staff was really nice with helping we had a room closed by the elevator my husband asked to be changed. He didn't want it to be closed by the elevator and the stuff, right away, try to find another room for us thank you so much , housekeepers do an awesome job also the rooms are super clean

Thank you so very much Eddie for your patience in assisting my hard-of-hearing 88-year old Mom. This past Saturday, 9/13, Mom won a machine jackpot. She tried to call me as I held her driver license but my cell was problematic. You patiently contacted me again, met me at the Cashier Booth to bring me to my Mom as I could not find her, and processed her winnings. We appreciate your dedication and work ethics in providing exemplary service to patrons. You are definitely a valuable Durango employee and asset! Staff like you make it enjoyable to return again!!
