I really like the items available in the quick cafe next to front desk. Ruthie’s steak and seafood is excellent and service top notch. The front desk staff has always been very courteous and professional. Parking lot is very well lit and feel safe by myself walking to and from hotel. University town nearby (Carbondale).

Shower pressure is horrible, need to dance around a lot to get wet.

Very clean, rooms spacious, staff very friendly, very comfortable mattresses & pillows, close to Carbondale/SIU without being right in town

Hotel was nice and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Band playing was great. But the casino wasn’t paying out nearly as much as others have for us. Food was just ok. The staff was a bit rude.
