Whether it is the hotel, restaurants, or bars, the service is absolutely horrible. This is the second time we’ve stayed there with the same experience. It felt like we were simply putting the staff out anytime we ordered, etc, constantly rolling their eyes. We are great tippers, so we certainly paid for their “inconvenience.” This is not the resort style atmosphere they were going for and it’s a shame the staff is so extremely rude and unaccommodating. The amenities were fine, but not worth the money when you factor in being treated poorly throughout the entire property. We will not be going back and it will only be a matter of time before others decide it’s simply not worth the trip to Southern Illinois.

We loved staying at Walkers Bluff! You have everything you need: the casino, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, multiple dining option's, and the rooms are super comfortable and clean.

Excellent hotel on beautiful property. Took an early morning walk past the vineyard and winery, and around the lake…gorgeous! Never went to the casino

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and was very pleased. My room was excellent other than the mattress which I was not fond of. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Casino very clean although I didn’t win. The only drawback was location. Not the easiest to get to.

The facility was very nice and clean

There was no rails in the hallway for handicapped. No incentive like free breakfast nor first time customer welcomed like free reward play when u sign up.
