"Excellent"

The corner room was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Did not like all the rules at the sports bar. Too many rules. Did not like no daily housekeeping. Very strange.

Beautiful, spacious property that is very clean. Table games had limited availability which doesn’t follow the 24 hour casino. Ruthie’s steakhouse was amazing! Excellent service, food, and atmosphere! Disappointed that the winery wasn’t open, but we enjoyed the close proximity to the Shawnee Wine trail

" Not cool"

Request a handicap room the tub was so high from the floor I couldn't take a shower,the water pressure was awful what makes it so bad the hotel supposed to brand new!

Friendly staff, excellent Spa services and restaurants on site, friendly and helpful casino staff, cleanest and nicest rooms in the area hands down. 10 out of 10 will be back for sure!
