"No hot water, despite asking several times. Terrible food. Manager was rude. No naturalist!?"

Location- very close to Moharli gate. Restaurant staff very kind.

Food was terrible- worse than some roadside food I've had on the highway. Very greasy and no flavour. Dosa was like cardboard. Manager rude to my husband when we asked to check out early due to the food, no hot water, no promised naturalist despite website claiming to provide this for morning bird walks, night walks, etc. We moved to a different property- for the same price we received delicious curated food, multiple naturalists on site, clean large rooms and even a small private pool for each room!

"Great Resort close to Moharli Gate with lots of activities to do in between safaris."

The facilities were very good. There was a lot of space and the play areas/cricket ground was extremely helpful for the kids to enjoy. The food was very good as well and the staff was extremely courteous.

Nothing in particular. Would highly recommend this place.
