The property is spectacularly beautiful. The little tea shop at the top of the hill is a highlight (the path to it reminded me of an alpine meadow — whereas the bottom of the resort is intensely tropical). The resort is basically an entire hillside interspersed with little cottages. One of the best places I have stayed at. The rooms were really nice (I particularly liked the stone flooring), extremely clean and comfortable, no bugs inside even though we were in the middle of a forest.

The approach road is a bit rough, but only for the last 5-10 minutes.

The receptionist is bad as I booked 15 days ago and upon arrival he told me to wait for the room to be cleaned knowing that my check-in time was at 12 o'clock, but they let me into my room at 4:30 pm and the receptionist apologizes because my booking was today knowing that I booked 15 days ago, and when I asked him for compensation he told me that I could not be compensated and I asked to file a complaint but he told me to complain on the Booking.com website

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment 😊🫶🏻. The rooms were very clean with a breathtaking 360° view 🏞️😍. The resort is spacious and full of fun activities, so you don’t even need to leave the property 🎵💃🏻. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety 😋 The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling, especially Sneha, Manoj, Abin, and Albin — they even surprised us with a cake and a gift for staying with them for a long time 💖

The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, and there was no paid transportation available to go out and explore the surrounding area.

Le camere sono pulite e sono proprio belle!, hanno il servizio massaggio e hanno i golfcar che ti portano in camera! La vista dalla camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto bella e il Bagno era grande!
