"Horrible experience"

Nothing

Breakfast was not available at the hotel. We had to order through Zomato.Even no foods joint is there around this location . Tea is also not available. Location given in booking.com is incorrect. It's someone's house there. Nobody attends the call at odd hours. Don't know why booking.com is introducing these type of hotels without checking the location and facilities.

Nothing to like about. Cannot find the place. Absolutely pathetic support. They dont answer emails and phone calls are absolutely rude and nonsensical

"Exceptional"

Clean and well furnished rooms. It's a brand new property so a nano lag in services is expected but the staff is very supportive.

"Very bad experience."

No breakfast because of Sheff not available. Even Water bottle not available in the room. No towel.

No staff, no water, no room key. Basic facilities are not there.
