NO SE ALOJEN EN ESTE HOSTEL!!! ⚠️ Hice una reserva en este hostel para 10 días y hice esa reserva 1mes antes de venir pa Madrid. El día de mi check in cuando yo ya llegué a España me enviaron un mensaje diciéndome que no me podían alojar (aunque yo ya los he enviado mensajes y no me habían contestado durante semanas). Me dijeron que yo debía hacer la cancelación sobre mi teléfono sin gastos pero es UN TOTAL SCAM te roban tu dinero y ni siquiera te dan otras opiniones. Por culpa de ellos debí pagar 400€ más para alojarme de urgencia y ni siquiera ellos ni booking me ayudaron. Me iban a dejar allí suelta y solita en la calle sabiendo que no tenía donde alojarme. Y te hablan súper mal y grosero así que les aconsejo encontrar otros hosteles en el centro (sol, Gran Vía) porque ellos son mucho más amables
