Had a horrible check in experience- I had booked a normal room ( without outdoor jacuzzi) - on reaching the property I requested for an upgrade and they agreed and I made the extra payment .Check in time is 2 pm and till 4pm the jacuzzi room was not ready and f then at 4pm they downgraded me as Room was still not ready and returned my money- why commit to an upgrade and make me wait if you can’t make it happen ?

Hi, My booking was in April and such a pathetic place to visit with anyone, below are all the issues we faced during our 2 night stay 1. The most important and the biggest security & privacy issue - The room service people will enter your room when you are occupied or in the room, this is a huge security and privacy issue. I was in the washroom and this room service guy with his master key has entered the room. The personnel says, he did not hear anything so opened the room. Just imagine you are having a private time and someone from the housekeeping opens the room with a master key 2. The room blinders are not full proof, people can easily peep into your room at night, there are no curtains in the jacuzzi room 3. We booked the Jacuzzi room but we couldn't use the jacuzzi until late 2nd day, since the jacuzzi had some issue. Even after multiple attempts to fix it, calling the management etc. The water is always cold 4. We booked a picnic setup, they keep plastic flowers, the water bottles which was kept was half used when we came, the food which is ordered is cold. There is nothing special or different. The setup is same everyday with the same plastic flowers and led candles, they do not keep real candles too. For this they charge Rs 2999 5. They have a huge 60 page food menu, but when you order anything, they say its not available. Juices also, other than the regular orange, watermelon and other regular fruits, nothing is available 6. The clean faucet in the washroom did not work while using the washroom. I had to call the reception early in the morning and wait for 30 minutes for them to run the water generator 7. The shower sliding door just popped out in my hand while sliding it. I had to hold the glass door until the fixing team came. 8. The room blinders are not full proof, people can easily peep into your room at night, there are no curtains in the jacuzzi room 9. Under the stars movie.
