Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Все расскажут, подскажут и помогут. Удобное расположение. Красивый вид вокруг. Рядом находятся все достопримечательности, есть кафе, рестораны. В номере чисто и уютно.

В номера, примыкающие к грузинскому ресторану утром через вентиляцию в номере заходит запах еды

Нашли нам другую гостиницу

К сожалению,нас встретили неприятным сюрпризом-нашей резервации неоказалось у них в системе.У нас была бронь на 3 номера(нас было 5 человек)на две ночи.Администратор сказал,что у них есть бронь только на одну ночь(несмотря на подтверждение от букинга).Отвезли нас в другую гостиницу в которой мы заплатили больше чем была цена в букинге. Путешествуем очень много и первый раз столкнулачь с таким. Наверно не советую данный отель,зачем нужен лишний стресс и переживания,если они могут допустить такие ошибки. В букинге у меня статус,что я не приехала,хотя мы все приехали,но столнулись с неприятной ситуацией. Скидок не сделали,так еще и заплатили больше
