Bon petit déjeuner et le repas du soir était très bien. Pas de trop. Le personnel souriant et gentil

Il manquerait un gros arbre pour souligner le cachet de l’hôtel.

"Séjour reposant en famille"

Personnel adorable, vue magnifique, très bon rapport qualité prix. L’hôtel a organisé notre transfert depuis l’aéroport, la location de voiture et certaines excursions.

Le chemin qui mène à l’hôtel mériterait d’être aménagé (chemin en terre plein de bosses).

Confort minimaliste, pas de fauteuil dans la chambre et Siège extérieur style miko. Salle à manger façon CROUS ( pas de deco. Éclairage nul) petit déjeuner correct sur table pliante...

"Dommage."

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel sont satisfaisants. L'hôtel en général est bien situé panoramiquement. et très calme. La chambre très bien exposée et aérée.

L'accès n'est pas digne d'un si bel hôtel. Chemin de terre non carrossable presentant des crevasses et boueux lors des pluies. Surtout qu'il faut l'emprunter a pied sur 300m pour prendre le bus. Au restaurant c'est désagréable qu'on vous apporte votre assiette déjà servie dans l'arrière salle. Serait il pas mieux qu'on se serve soi-même à sa table ou en buffet. Les serviettes dans la chambre devraient être changées plus souvent vu le tarif de la chambre.

"Moments paisibles à Rodrigues"

Vue impressionnante. Tranquillité.

Gestion approximative. Demande de supplément pour la soirée du réveillon du 31/12, l’après-midi même. La prestation du 31/12 ne valait pas le supplément demandé : - pas d’eau à volonté (si demande de bouteilles d’eau, il faut payer) - pas de boissons à volonté (alcoolisées et non alcoolisées, il faut payer pour avoir des boissons) - pas d’amuses bouches La prestation des réveillons de fin d’année est à revoir : l’organisation, l’animation et le repas (demande de supplément oui, mais la qualité doit être excellente pour que non seulement ces mêmes clients reviennent mais aussi qu’ils aient un excellent retour pour attirer d’autres clients).
