BRI liked that the place is in front of the beach. That made it very easy to make a visit to see the beach every day, even for a few minutes.
The place is not comfortable, it is poorly designed and not very clean. The sofas are not nice and impossible to enjoy a relaxed afternoon reading a book laying on it. The apartment is not well cleaned. The only advantage of it is the location.
