Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Europe Hotel. The hotel is done to a nice standard and is not too big. It has a pretty good breakfast offering. The hotel is located within walking distance of a number of restaurants. It is an easy location to get to all the key Tashkent attractions via taxi or taxi/metro.

I loved my stay at the Europe Hotel and will absolutely, positively stay there on all my future visits to Tashkent! The staff was fastastically friendly, warm and helpful, and I felt like I was truly welcomed. My room wasn't big, but perfectly appointed, super clean and very quiet. The room was "Street View", which meant that the windows opened to a cozy courtyard with tables and was quite elegant and, additionally, made the room very quiet even when I had my windows open. I booked the business suite for a stay of 2 adults and 2 kids for two nights end of March. When I called the night before to confirm the reservation I was told that in their system they saw a reservation for the deluxe room - single room with one bed and non foldable couch. You can imagine how 4 people would sleep there... The second night we were moved to the suite, but to my surprise it also had only one queen size bed in room 1 and 1 non foldable couch in room 2. Same question - how are 4 people supposed to sleep??

Nice and clean hotel

My family and I stayed in total 4 nights at the Europe Hotel. When we arrived the room was extremly cold and were moved to a smaller but warmer room soon after we arrived. We were also reimbursed by the hotel for the inconvenience and smaller room. Everything was handled quick and without any problems. The Europe hotel has a lot of potential. It is new, spacious, modern, clean and friendly/helpful staff. Main city attractions are within 15 min by taxi. Only minus: The water temperature of the swimming pool was extremely cold, Too cold for our small children to swim and play around. Too bad, because the pool was one of the reasons to book this hotel.

I was sataisfied exept inability to adjust room temperature, i.e. I tried to cool down the room but I ctouldn't do so bymyself.

I am korean and stayed 5 nights. It was amazing experience with family. 1. Kindness of hotel staffs 2. Modern style of room and facilities 3. Very well prepared breakfast 4. Great 👍 SPA 5. Very close to Korean restaurant(미가) and Korzinka store and local market (walking distance 500 to 1 km) Its good time to see Uzbek style residence town and house. I will be stayed again when i come to Tashkent Also my recommendation is pls add one more hot soup menu on breakfast. Thanks.

Its a small hotel but very neat and clean. Staff very helpfull and friendly, always meet with a smiling face. Rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast menue is good but limited dishes. Slightly over priced. Location is in a quite neighborhood, away from city center. Highly recommended.
