Mosaic Boutique Hotel

The hotel exceeded all our expectations: the staff was friendly and kind, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near all major sightseeing attractions and restaurants.

Excellent, clean boutique, with in five minutes of Registan Square. Even though the young man that works here doesn’t speak English very well, he is super kind, and contacts the manager by phone, if he doesn’t understand something you say. Breakfast is plenty, and delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Très jolies et grandes chambre à quelques pas du Registan et de la rue piétonnière. Personnel très gentil et qui se débrouille très bien sans parler anglais ni français.

サマルカンドを家族旅行で訪れた際に2泊利用しました。 内装もとてもおしゃれで非常に過ごしやすいホテルでした。 スタッフもとても親切で丁寧な対応です。 朝食もも個々で作ってくれました。 ドル支払いを希望したところ、お釣りにドルがないとなり、急いで近隣のホテルで両替をしてきてくれました。 また、初日シャワーのお湯が出にくかったので、オーナーに伝えたところ、翌日には熱湯が出るほど改善されていました。 部屋が広すぎて暖房が効くまで寒かったのと、部屋の鍵が掛けづらかったので、修理されるともっと良いと思います。 また家族で訪れる際はぜひ利用したいです。

Walking distance to main tourist sites. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

観光にはベストな立地。ただ一本裏通りで入口もわかりにくい。ただ門をくぐればそこは別世界。 非常に居心地が良い。 問題は時々、シャワーがお湯から水になり、戻らなかったこと。

Boutique hotel gestito da personale locale. Sono molto gentili e attenti. Letto king size con materasso di ottima rigidezza e confort. Colazione prevalentemente basata su frutta fresca e secca Unico neo la mancanza di un insegna o almeno di un cartellino sulla porta col nome dell'hotel. La sera dell'arrivo è stato difficile trovarlo anche per il taxista locale.
