O'Beach Boutique Studios

Great location, we highly recommend staying here! The host was very accommodating and helpful. The room was really nice, great facilities, great amenities. There is a restaurant & pool downstairs, and the hotel is very close to lots of other nice restaurants and the beach. We wish we could have stayed here longer!

Location, location, location

La localisation est juste incroyable Le Personnel, la propreté rien à dire.

The hotel is very good! The room exceeded our expectations—a large balcony with transparent railings and ocean views, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and dishes. The hotel warned us in advance about construction work on weekdays, but we didn't even hear it. There is a bar and two restaurants downstairs, and music was always playing, but it didn't disturb our sleep because they closed at 10 p.m. (several times at 11 p.m.). There are also many cafes nearby. The beach is across the street, and the sunsets are amazing! Special thanks to the administrator Bipin! He is a professional and a very good person. He always helped us with all our requests. He was always ready to help. Our flight home was late in the evening, and the hotel management allowed us to stay late because it was a public holiday, the reception was closed, and we had nowhere to leave our suitcases. That was very nice!

Wszystko w porządku. Apartament zgodny z opisem, położony naprzeciwko plaży. Było w nim czysto. Dobre WiFi. Ogromny taras z miejscami do wypoczynku. Po zarezerwowaniu dostałem informację, że jest przeprowadzany remont na ostatnim piętrze. Mnie to nie przeszkadzało. Meldowaliśmy się po godzinach pracy recepcji więc wskazówki dostaliśmy przez wiadomość booking. Ktoś z obsługi kontaktował się też z nami przez whatsapp aby potwierdzić czy wszystko u nas ok. Polecam ten obiekt

Jedna mała uwaga. W apartamencie nie ma suszarki, żelazka ani deski. Być może są dostępne przez recepcję.

Appart hôtel moderne, très propre et très spacieux, très bien placé face à la mer. Situé sur le front de mer de Flic-en-Flac, de nombreux restaurants tout autour et proche d’une supérette. Je recommande cet établissement.

Ce serait bien d’avoir une petite plaque de cuisson pour gérer certains repas, un appareil à café et infusions. Peut être des bouteilles d’eau pour les touristes. Ça serait vraiment le petit plus qui ferait monter l’établissement en grade..

The location was across the road from Flic en Flac beach and there are plenty of resturants nearby

The standards of cleanliness and the customer service were unnaceptable. We expected basic hygiene and professionalism, especially when paying for accommodation. We noticed that the bedsheets were dirty once we got into the room. We politely requested some new ones and these were also a bit unclean. We found ants, a lizard and a cockroach in the room. When we pointed this out and that wanted fresh sheets and towels and the room cleaned every day, the staff member was not apologetic and said this was not possible.
