Der var ikke køleskab på mit værelse plus da betalt med kort jeg skulle betale 80.000 usb som mere ved ikke hvorfor.

First of all the staff is very friendly and polite. Especially the girl at the desk, she also helped us with the luggage and spoke perfect English. They accept card payment. They provide mineral water. The room was very clean, spacious and well decorated. Bed were comfortable. Shower was great. There are a couple of good restaurants who also serve plaf near the hotel. The location for me was perfect because it was not noisy, 3min walk from many shops and walking distance from tourist attractions. Breakfast was great! So many options until 10am and food was slightly different every day. Internet was great.

Nothing major, I don't think they have a lift though. In our case the room was on the first floor, so we didn't ask for it.

Ничего не понравилось, антисанитария!

Персонал очень грубый, и разговаривает на отвали! А завтрак это отдельная история, в 9 часов соков и компотов практически не остаётся! Просишь персонал принести, получаешь ворчание и грубость!
