Wow!! Staying at Burchmulla Resort was such a great experience. The property is beautiful, has amazing views of the mountains, and was so peaceful & relaxing. It’s a short drive from Tashkent & definitely worth the visit. The staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. This was my first time visiting Uzbekistan from America & I already can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay at Burchmulla resort was nothing short of amazing, and Julie played a significant role in making it so special. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and patience, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Julie was there for us throughout our stay, ensuring that every detail was perfect. She suggested nice places to visit in Samarkand, which added to our unforgettable experience. One of the highlights of our trip was celebrating our children birthday at the resort. Julie helped make it an incredible celebration that our family will cherish forever. But she didn't stop there Julie also welcomed us in Samarkand with treats and a sweet letter, making us feel even more special. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning surroundings and excellent facilities. We had such great moments here that we are already planning to revisit. Julie truly made our stay in Burchmulla unique and memorable, and we can't thank her enough for her kindness and care. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to coming back.

Amazing place! Everything is brand new! Villas are very nice and have everything you need. The team provided additional kitchen appliances to make our stay comfortable over our long stay. The swimming pool and the kids playground are great! Breathtaking views of the Charvak lake and the Chimgan mountains! Gym is nice with modern TechnoGym equipment. And at the reception there is a lot of entertainment for kids and adults. But the best part of it was great service! The hotel manager Gulya and her team went above and beyond taking care of us and ensuring our stay was as smooth and pleasant as possible. They helped with all our requests, including grocery shopping, deliveries from Tashkent, local taxis, incredible hike to the waterfalls and much more. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you Gulya and team for this truly unforgettable experience!!!

Everything was great

We liked the chalet houses. They were spacious and accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were books for visitors at the reception, and the generous staff gifted me one book that I did not have time to finish reading before our departure. Moreover, the reception balcony had a big screen that was amazing for us to watch EURO CUP.

We did not like that it was not clear on the website that the hotel is alcohol free. As regular travellers, we did not expect that 5-star hotel may not have good wine at the restaurant. Moreover, the hotel does not have an accessible passage to the lake. We had to walk through the destroyed local roads for 500 metres to reach the beach side. However, the hotel managers assured us that they plan the construction of the convenient road to the lake for the visitors.

Beautiful location with Mountain & Lake view. Enjoyed breathing fresh air and listening to the sound of the birds. Management was polite and prompt in action. Cuisine was delicious.

Everything, specially the hospitality of brother Ali sher it was unmatchable MashaAllah.
