food was good

The stay was unpleasant due to multiple issues with Room No. 416. There was continuous loud noise coming from the ceiling throughout the night, possibly from the AC of the adjacent room, due to which we could not sleep at all. Additionally, we noticed an open hole in the ceiling, and a pigeon was nesting inside it, which was unhygienic and disturbing. This seriously affected our comfort and overall experience during the stay.

Need food more diffrent items

The resort is located in a very nice place with calm atmosphere and kali river flowing behind the resort was amazing to see and spend time in natural jacuzzi, food was great and rafting experience was excellent.. the resort is equipped with all the activities for kids and family friendly stay. All the staff was very helpful and quick to help and full fill the needs. Over all it was an pleasant stay.

Location is good

Vacation means food and entertainment.. you don’t get food .. and u need to pay high for entertainment.. property do not offer anything as compliment for the heavy charge they do.. they charge huge amount for kid it respective of age

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet was great for all three meals plus tea. There was a variety of activities with something for everyone. Very clean, very quiet. A relaxing stay.

The experience was worst. Rooms didn't have wifi, and the property is in jungle area that you won't get your mobile signals easily. The food quality and buffet was pathetic with very limited options. We found them cooking veg and non-veg starters in same utensil. The staff was very rude as well. It's not at all worth the price they charge. There are much better properties than this in Dandeli.

Only location and surrounding nature

Overpriced, Food variety and taste is not satisfactory, All food and tea/Coffee was cold. No hot water available in winter days. Hygiene and Cleanliness not maintained properly. Some construction and maintenance work was continuously going on so it created nuisance. Lack of coordination between staff and managers.

The location and activities are good but activities price also big.

The food was good only on the weekends not weekdays, and when it comes to room cleaning i will say not good staff will not come clean the room on daily basis and we informed the staff several times to check the jacuzzi no body comes and see that. This is really disappointing for us, moreover what we have paid for the resort 7 Star rating price is not worthy. There is a communication problem with the staff, we have ordered the cake and flowers for the birthday celebration but they sent us only the cake and not the flowers but they have charged for the flowers, but they didn't refund it.
