"Please and nice stay but could ease up and reduce the amount of the rooms as this is very costly."

Cleanliness & the staff was very cooperative and the place was well maintained and clean.

The Road to the resort is pretty rash and proper instructions should be given instead of following the Google Maps.

everything

getting there is hard, its very much in the forest, so you have to travel around 40 km+ from the closest main town, getting an uber back is also difficult. only jeeps can get to the hotel, the last 100m is very steep, our uber's engine stopped thrice in the last 100m

Check-in was significantly delayed—we had to wait around 40 minutes due to understaffing, which seems to be a major ongoing issue. There was no room service available, and dinner service involved long wait times as well. The air conditioning in the room was ineffective, with little to no cooling. To make matters worse, the food quality was very disappointing. Overall, the hotel charges five-star prices but delivers a one-star experience in both service and food.

The resort was really rural, with amazing views. And would recommend for 1-2 night stays.

Maintenance needs to be looked at in the rooms. Small wear and a bit dated but I do understand this is hard to do so rural. We also ran out of hot water. And the aircon unit stop working in our room. So when we woke up it was colder outside than in the room.

I was impressed by the staff's respect, hospitality, and wonderful demeanor. Their service was exceptional. If you want to book a place in the forest, this is the perfect place for you.

The resort needs maintenance, and unfortunately, international and even Indian food options are not available. There's also a problem with the water pressure for showering; the water flow is very weak. I also think they need to improve the cleanliness of the rooms. The road leading to the resort is very, very bad. It's true that the resort and the road are not directly related, but to get to the resort you have to take a four-wheel drive vehicle because of the poor condition of the narrow road.
