Nice

I had back luck this time, no beds available in the main floor and they sent us to the basement, too hot, no lockers, and restrooms and showers too far in the main level floor. A bad surprise because I enjoyed this hostel in previous visits.

En condiciones generales estuvo bien la estancia en el hostal, solo que al personal le falta más amabilidad y atención con los huéspedes. Su trato es poco profesional.

Funcionários mau educados. Nao ha alguem do hostel na portaria por tempo integral.

Excelente location very clean spaces confortable beds

2/10 I try to be as honest as possible! One of the few times that my experience was truly unpleasant! 1. At first, when I arrived at the hostel, the person in the reception was not pleasant at all. While in the booking it was clearly mentioning that there are lockers, to my big surprice (+4 more persons that had the check in after me), he brought us to the basement (where they have converted it to a room) and to our big surprise no lockers were there. When I asked about the lockers what solution can they give us, he did not care at all in a way “if you don’t like it, it’s not my problem”… 2. The room was quite clean but some parts of the walls were covered with mold! YES MOLD! One of these parts was the side of my bed and you could feel and smell the humidity all over the room together with that strange smell of mold… The bad thing is that when I checked any possible other options just to avoid staying there, unfortunatelly, last moment everything else was much much more expensive. 3. The three days that I stayed there, only one of the three toilets was kept clean but almost everytime I needed to use the toilet, I should check which one of the toilets were having toilet paper… During these three days I stayed there 4 persons of the stuff I met and none of them was polite (an exeption one lady that was neutral). It does not make sense to mention more things even if I could easily write many more. I don’t understand how is it possible to provide this type of horrible service!

Pessima esperienza. Appena arrivato mi hanno detto che a causa di un problema sarei dovuto andare in un altro ostello, che però era lontano dal centro. L'intera organizzazione sembrava molto precaria, sono stato rimborsato in contanti senza alcuna ricevuta e/o modo di cambiare soluzione all'interno di Expedia
