La atención de sus dueños. Y del personal de limpieza. Sus vistas, su ubicación. Que esté cerca de tres calas muy bonitas. Que se puede ir caminando.

Que no tenga ascensor.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. 10 min a pied de la plage et 10 min en voiture de Santanyi.

L'eau de la douche et du robinet n'est pas potable, elle est extrêmement salé (impossible de se laver les dents avec). Aucuns produits n'est mis à disposition (pas de savon/shampoing/sèche-cheveux). Les lits sont sur roulettes ce qui bouge beaucoup. La porte de la chambre ne s'ouvrait et ne fermait pas correctement.
