Very nice room and pool area. I would’ve liked an additional lamp in the room, other than that it was great. Customer service was outstanding..we needed to leave @7am the next day and Anner the chef came earlier than his normal schedule to meet our needs. He prepared a delicious breakfast which was included in the price of the room. See picture for deliciousness! I highly recommend this hotel! Thanks so much!!

breakfast OK; quiet location.

Place is like a prison; main doors are locked and bolted day and night and sometimes it takes minutes before they let you in. My room was likewise, without even a real window, let alone a view. Pool was 2 square mtrs.

The owner and staff were awesome! Very nice and professional. Beautiful hotel just 3 blocks from central park. Breakfast was very delicious as well. We woukd stay there again!

Beyond friendly staff that were very enthusiastic about their jobs, great location within walking distance from the main area in Granada. Clean and comfortable rooms too! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!
