Very nice and helpful owners. Location was perfect due to restaurants, groceries and beach next to.

I only stayed one night here as the panga from Little Corn was going to be cancelled and I had an early morning flight. I could have quite happily spent a few days here! Owner (sorry I can’t remember her name) is so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious, very clean and had air con! Across the road from the beach there is a balcony with sitting spots to relax. There is a coffee shop underneath with amazing coffee and the owner bakes (I had some some cheesecake, delicious) 3 restaurants within walking distance including the pizza place run by an Italian with the best pizza ever.

That I didn’t discover this place earlier!

Beautiful little hotel, very new and sparkling clean. We stayed in a small room with wrap around balcony. Room was small but comfortable (who is going to spend much time in the room in a place like this?). Great location with three great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Beautiful landscaping in front and Talia, runs a little sweet shop downstairs with delicious desserts and frozen drinks available. Plenty of room on the balcony for yoga or just lounging and watching the surf which is 100 feet across the street. Talia and Delmar, the hosts are absolutely wonderful! They took care of our every need, from delicious complementary breakfast (whatever you want to eat, just ask and they would provide) to calling a cab, arranging for bikes or scooters to changing out dollars to cordobas. Both so sweet and personable, full of stories and info about the island and its culture. I feel like we honestly made new friends who will be a part of our lives from now on.

The place is fairly new so they are still working out some kinks with wi-fi. We were able to get plenty of internet via our own phone service. Honestly disconnecting is why we came here so what’s not to love!

Cute room, gorgeous view, comfortable bed, delicious treats and excellent cappuccino downstairs! Wonderful host.

This is a great place. The host is very friendly and helpful. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and peaceful location. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to not like.

Very charming house and clean rooms. The staff was more than friendly and helped us organize our stay including all transfers. You feel very comfortable there and the location right by the sea is exceptional!

What a welcoming place! Several options for breakfast and they were all tasty. Our laundry was done for us without an extra fee. It was walking distance to scooter rentals. beaches and restaurants. We were given a bigger room than the one we booked as there were no other guests.

The cleanliness and hospitality were incredible, and the beach was stunning! We ate delicious homemade food for breakfast, including jam and bread, on the porch overlooking the ocean. The host gave us tons of information about the area and what we should expect and even recommended that we eat at her sister's home, which we ended up doing for dinner. The meal in her sister's front yard--lobster and plantain chips and rice and salad--was possibly the best we've ever had, both in terms of food and atmosphere.

The only thing that could possibly have been better was the location; we were a little far from other people and the most swimmable beach. But I actually liked the privacy. Though we were not in a touristy area, we were across the street from a stunning, empty beach, next door to a little shop where we could get water and other necessities, down the street from a bar and restaurant, and had easy access to taxis.

Great little BnB with only 4 rooms on the property. Talia and Delmar are awesome hosts right down to the authentic Nicaraguan breakfast. The location can’t be beat. Just steps from Long Bay beach and the views are incredible! I was in the Salty Air room with a great ocean view from the balcony. I would go back!
