El cuarto en que quedamos no era en el hotel era en una casa distanciada, está muy degradado y sucio, calidad precio no corresponde

El alojamiento bien. Lamentablemente tenian problemas con la energía electrónica

Nice stand alone house, a bit away from the actual resort. Which is not mentioned in description on bookingsite. Nice voluntary staff at the reception.

The distance to the resort and bar, restaurant and service. What we really did not like was that we were almost 24 hours without water, so we could not use toilets/shower for that time. According to receptionist a problem they have known about for some time, but not done anything about. We got offered a few free beers at the bar at the resort and use showers there, but that's a bit of a walk away. The hotel did not accept request of refund of payment for 1 night(88US!) which is really unsatisfactory. Neither did they care about answering Booking.com, when they tried to contact the accommodation. So all in all, not happy at all
