I was rushed & forgot my room # was sent in a text msg. I kept looking through my emails & didn't find it. The housekeeper Raquel came to our rescue! She was worried for us & so willing to help. Very very sweet, kind, & friendly. She sent her husband Dario to help us further. We'll be back!

Room was okay but check in as a non US citizen didn't work as they didn't message you any details for what room you were in and no one is in the office to help. Also there was no air conditioning when it was 90/30 degrees!!

I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the lake and the town! It was just the right walking distance for our family. I also enjoyed the pool!

The hotel itself does not have AC just fans, which the staff was very kind to give us a second fan. It still was hot due to it being summer but just something to keep in mind if you plan on traveling during this time. Also the check in is contactless!!

The many blinds were broke on the West wall they fell off in the middle of the night scare the s*** out of us. Couldn't get a hold of anybody at checking they would not answer the phone. People thought we were the office coming up and knocking on the door because there was vacancies. Coffee Maker does not work. The size of my fist in the screen. Because of the location you couldn't open the windows there were so many people no privacy that unit should not be rented out. Overall the whole place should be shut down and refurbished it is really disgusting and it's a sad thing that you're doing to big bear had I seen it looks so run down I looking for a refund

There was contactless check-in, which was great. We received an email on the morning of our arrival with the code to get into the room. That was great. The area is a half mile from The Village and very walkable. Convenient liquor stores even closer. Price was good. Room is old and dated but clean. Bed was not comfortable and there’s no AC. For what we needed it was fine.
