Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes and the walls are paper thin. I could hear kids running around in the next room and you can hear all the traffic outside since you're right on big bear boulevard. Was rough getting some decent sleep in that place.

I am a college student and needed a peace and quiet place from the city. This was not the case.

Are you able to refund a % of the stay for military discount as well as dissatisfied with the room. The guests on the top floor were not respectful and caused two sleepless nights. I stayed 3 nights and they all were miserable. This was not the case. The room was very noisy above and beside me. The first night a large dog and car alarm woke me up at 6 am. Not a good experience at all. Please consider a % of reimbursement. Beds were not comfortable. Huge spider in the shower.
