I love everything about this hotel.. Very delicious breakfast.. and very friendly staff, especially Ms. Catherine.. It is really a perfect place to stay during your vacation ❤️❤️

My stay at Victoria was great! I was in Tripoli for 5 days and needed a quiet and cozy place to start my morning and to spend the night. The room was spacious and comfortable, and most importantly, clean. Their breakfast offering was diverse that it filled the whole table. It's the perfect lebanese breakfast to start the day. The hotel location is hard to get to as the hotel sits in an alleyway, but they do offer a much needed parking spot. The highlight of my stay at Victoria were the staff. They are very friendly, especially Christy and Jawad, they did not refuse a request and were very helpful. I would really recommend staying here if you're in Tripoli and looking for a nice boutique hotel.

Our stay was wonderful - the staff were friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. It was helpful to have a private parking spot and the mattresses were super comfortable. Since it was our first stay, they upgraded our room for free and gave us a sweet parting gift when we checked out. The garden is so peaceful and upon first entering the grounds you can smell the sweet orange trees and jasmine in the air. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for others.

I felt so welcome by Hessen at reception nothing was too much trouble! This hotel is gorgeous and has such a nice history. I felt very safe as a female lone traveller. The breakfast was to die for 😍 there was so much food ! Very accomodating managers thank you Christy for your hospitality! I will definitely be back and book this hotel again. Shower was perfect, the room so serene lots of space to lounge. Thank you to the housekeepers everywhere was always clean and tidy. Location of the hotel was good not too far from shops and restaurants

Definitely would be easier to be able to drive and rent a car in Mina. The bar staff need more experience in English. Definitely bring cash ready

Really fantastic hotel in a great location to explore Tripoli and what it has to offer. Fantastic staff and very clean room and excellent service. Highly recommend.
