Zett hotel

The hotel was very nice with lovely views. Our room was very spacious and had plenty of space for our luggage and more. The beds were super comfortable. It was clean but as a clean freak my self I wouldn’t say it was super clean as I did find flaws here and there.

The location was the worst thing about this hotel. It is located in a quiet street. No surrounding shops, restaurants, ect. You have to order a taxi to go to the local shops but the shops there are very minimal and not much variety of stores available. It is also unsafe to walk around this area as 2 different taxi drivers warned us about the dangers of this area. Being only us 2 females we were very frightened by the information some local people warned us about so we insisted on cancelling our stay here and move to a safer area. If your travelling with men and planning on continually travelling outside the area via taxi or car, then this could be the perfect hotel, but if you’re just female’s, please stay far away from this area. The staff members also took long to refund our money using the excuse that the hotel no longer had any cash available, even though we paid them in cash only 2 hours before we told them we want to cancel. We were happy for them to take the 1 night fee but they didn’t want to refund the rest of the money until we persisted.

Every thing was perfect, special thanks to the reception team and room service.

Limited services, we asked for ice and they asked for 3$ lol

The rooms were dirty, insects were all over the room, it took more than 2 hours to do check in because the rooms were not ready. The hotel is categorized as 5 stars, but as per the facilities it should not be more than 2 stars, I feel we were cheated and paid for 5 stars while it is much less.
