The view Quiet Comfortable room and good amenities Location

I asked for breakfast and nothing arrived and nobody got back to me. Nobody on duty when I arrived. No hot water on my last morning at 7 am which was really disappointing.

Wonderful stay! My only negative was a bar or nightclub close to the hotel that was blasting music until about midnight.

"Very beautiful, tasteful, and greatly located boutique hotel. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Would definitely come"

9.0

The whole place is very tasteful and new. Location was great and staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very simple but very very nice. I would come again here in a heartbeat.

The boutique hotel is located on the fourth floor and the elevator wasn’t always working. Upon arrival the receptionist kindly helped us with the luggage and we were ok with climbing the stairs occasionally. anyway a point to note in terms of accessibility.

"A Gem in Hamra"

9.0

Staff very kind, friendly, polite and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and offered change of linen and towels on daily basis. Wifi was good. AC worked great except when there is electricity outages but those are all around Beirut and nothing in hotel’s capacity. It is on a busy street with lots of spots for coffee, meals and drinks. Which also means it can get loud at nights, specially on weekends. As others noted, not much insulation with the windows.

Not necessarily negative but worthy of noting: You will have to go up a few steps before taking the elevator to the hotel floor. It might be nice to have a bigger sign outside the entrance as it get can confusing when you first arrive. Definitely no parking available around the hotel, sometimes even a challenge for taxi/uber.
