All is excelent

When I book the room it’s including breakfast when I came you say it’s not including it’s very bad experience to me in your resort

horrible room service for coffee and tea in the morning, we have to wait for the resturant to open which was at 7.30 am.

Nothing except room

Bad hi tea, arrogant and untrained staff, left our luggage in rain unattended. All got wet and cloths of worth inr 10 k damaged,

Road , room size compared to the price

Property is pretty neat and clean. The rooms as well. Good space utilization and it is quite spacious. Nice water park. The staffs are all well behaved. The chef personally met with all guests and was taking feedback, which was commendable.

Food quality is not as per the price they are charging. Restaurants hardly pick your calls, for room service. We struggled a lot, with multiple reminder calls. We stayed in serenity cottages and without breakfast, it cost us around 11,000 per night, which i felt was a little over priced, as per the size of the rooms. There was no exhaust fan inside the washrooms.

Property was spacious and well planned

1.)Room cleanliness not up to the mark and there were some water leakages 2.)front desk not that greatly informed and not welcoming 3.) No spa facility was available 4.)very less indoor games no carrom or chess 5.)No one guided us properly in the property

After our car was damaged at night in the property, Mr Subin helped us fixing it. Mr Manju was quite helpful in guiding and taking care of things. Mr Sandeep from restaurant helped us next day with food etc

1. The restaurant messed up with our order during dinner by giving wrong bills with higher amount. 2. During 1st day lunch the waiter told us if we don't take buffet, the ala-carte would take around 30 mins, so we went for buffet. but later we saw buffet containers were empty and they were taking 15+mins to fill them up, where as ala-carte food ordered by some were arriving earlier. We did not like the way waiter "scared" us. 3. The biggest upset was at night our car was damaged by another guest inside the property. The receptionist had heard the car alarm but didnt follow up immediately. In the morning we saw the damaged car in the parking 4. there was no wifi inside the room. since it was raining so we couldnt go out and also were stuck inside room without connectivity.
