Junior level staff were very polite , attentive and helpful.

Check in took a long time, senior executive who was called was not helpful. Food is too expensive for it's quality and quantity. Though the hotel was not full, we were told that rooms are full and was made to wait.

Breakfast and location of the resort was good

For super old generation climbing up and down was a torture. The accommodation provided for 5 senior citizens ONE SINGLE BATH ROOM. ( Not right , considering they have visit rest rooms frequently. )

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay, luckily the other room was not booked so it was peaceful for us , rooms are yeah bit smaller infact it was with some different concept in the containers but it was well maintained bouns point we got a balcony as well, the whole ambience was scenic, for parking the space is not very vast, water dance was also done, bit far from the main city, roads were good, food was also good, overall a decent stay.
