"Olala una lastima"

Ubicacion

En la foto aparece una habitación con. Una Ventana. Sin embargo mi hab tenia una puerta- balkon, que no se podria abrir porque era una semi terraza tecnica sucia, y al abrirla para ventilar entraba sucio a la habitacion. Maquina de Aire condicionado super sucio soplando directamente a la cama. Solicitamos cambio pero nos ignoraron. Eso si entrada enchapada en marmol, pero adentro otra cosa .

"Most horrible experience we have ever had"

We only asked them on WhatsApp if we could change dates because my partner was feeling poorly the first day booked. We NEVER said we would not show up at all and we assumed that they would leave us reach the second day booked because my partner was sick. They cancelled the entire stay instead - no questions, no notice (we have WhatsApp screenshots). On the second day, their WhatsApp AI Agent CONFIRMED that there would not be any issue with it (we have WhatsApp screenshots on this as well) and then Shalini Lulla (Customer Experience Lead, Barcelona at Olala Homes) was impressively unprofessional writing us later saying just that the room was cancelled and we could not access the apartment, not a word more even though we followed up. We called Booking and Valeria from Booking confirmed that Olala Homes had told her that we could book a new room and they would refund us the prorated part of the original one (this call is recorded in Booking system and can be checked). I called Olala Homes just to confirm this before I would proceed with what Valeria from Booking had told us since I could not trust enough Olala Homes and Olala Homes said that this that Valeria from Booking had told us was not true. After which I gave up and decided to report this.
