Arca Boutique Hotel

Amazing hotel for a coues getaway. The servoce goes over and above for their guests! And the food is incredible, the rooms are amazing.

Wonderful boutique accommodation with a great ambience. Stunning beachfront location with sunset views. Exceptional staff who were very friendly and attentive and always went out of their way to give us the best possible service. Delicious meals.

No drawer space for clothing.

If you are looking for an intimate setting in paradise, look no further than Arca Roatan. The staff are quick to respond and set up rides, in room massages, or anything else you need. They offer a complimentary champagne toast at sunset which is picturesque. We had torrential downpour 2 of the days (consequence of going during rainy season) and the staff brought hot cocoa to the rooms instead. There are many walkable restaurants along the beach, but the food and service at Ahari is some of the best on the island, so we had most meals there. The property is gorgeous and you won’t find more attentive staff. 10/10 recommend for a romantic getaway.

THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL! The service and warmth of all the staff is so evident. Everyone has a positive spirit and are so attentive and helpful. The grounds are impeccable, the rooms were intimate, always kept clean and neat. Every need there is met! I would not stay anywhere else. Their restaurant food is great and the drinks are on point. I dont have any complaints! 7 days !!! The management there sees that all staff are alert and doing their all to make sure every guest need is taken care of. THE ARCA IS THE PLACE TO STAY! Thank you TY for managing a great hotel!!!! Great leader, great hotel!!!

We had a wonderful trip to Arca. Beautiful hotel. Food was very good! Service was impeccable. Frank really went above and beyond!

The room and resort were beautiful. The rooms were well laid out and spacious, and the grounds were beautiful. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the sunset cocktails were a nice touch. The only minor drawback was due to the lack of variety on the menu. However there were plenty of other options nearby.

Long weekend and as always staff was great. Food was excellent. This place has the best staff. Public parking was not available as they were repairing the street. But staff picked our luggage up at another hotel behind them. A++ service

After being in Utila for a week, our flight from Roatan was delayed which allowed us a couple of extra nights to see Roatan. The first night we stayed at another location down the beach and then booked Arca for the 2nd night. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted in warmth by Jenna and the manager, Luis. Mario whisked our bags to our room (and also picked them up when we left) and was so nice. We were offered a welcome cocktail from Ivory and then Jenna gave us a tour of the property. Our beachfront room was absolutely gorgeous and their complimentary champagne for sunset was such a nice surprise. Every interaction with the staff was incredible - when asking if we could get a coffee and a glass of wine later in the evening, Ivory quickly responded with "I will bring it to your room if you'd like". Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and having our drinks delivered was lovely! Claudia at the front desk was so helpful in setting up transportation and allowing us to order lunch early so that we could get to the airport on time. The service is unmatched! Frank was our waiter for breakfast and lunch and was amazing! He (along with the rest of the staff) always have a smile on their face and are there to assist - the service is absolutely unmatched at Arca and we cannot to come back!

No ofrece nada para cuando hace mal tiempo. Nadie me propuso ninguna experiencia. No hay gym ni esterillas de yoga. Ni libros en español. La comida podría ser mejor.

Decoración, habitación, amabilidad, servicio e instalaciones. A pie de playa. Agua fría siempre disponible y café en la Habitación.

Todo muy bien. Los hoteles vecinos fueron más ruidosos pero eso no es culpa del hotel ARCA
