Outland Chalet & Suites Great Smoky Mountains

This place was absolutely adorable! Will definitely be staying here again. Only negative is it is a one way in and one way out. Granted we never had a issue and you only get two wash cloths. Beds were comfortable, and the tub was AMAZING!

The only complaint we had was, coming in after sunset, it was very poorly marked where to go. We parked at the chalet first not knowing it wasn’t where we were suppose to be. If there were just a few simple signs it would help, and lighting on the roads would be great!!

The room was very romantic and clean. I enjoyed the property. The trails and views can’t be matched. Amazing! Be sure to bring food, snacks, ice, and drinks with you. There are no vending machines on site.

Nice weekend get away! Easy to find, clean, secluded, comfortable bed, & spacious. Suggestions- creamer for coffee. More washcloths- Needed more washcloths for a 2 night stay with 2 people. Only 2 washcloths provided.

Quiet and serene place to get away and enjoy a peaceful couple days. The place wave was very clean and it was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the nature views. Walking trails all around the grounds.

Cozy

Doesn’t look like the pictures on website. No view, just sitting in the woods. I thought I was getting a room with tub but didn’t. This is why pics are deceiving. Not worth the price!

Amazing place to stay. Very private with only 6 rooms and off the beaten path. I had no idea what I was getting into but this was one time lady luck smiled on me. Me and my lady enjoyed our time there exploring the many water features and trail to the top of the mountain where there's a park bench and a amazing view. I hope to get back soon and stay longer next time. I can almost guarantee you've never stayed anywhere like this before. If you need a get away this is your place.

Property was beautiful. Peaceful and quiet. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Best sleep I had in awhile. The only thing that I dislike like was the narrow one way road to property. Had to be extra careful and alert at night driving back up to the property. Other than that. I had a great relaxing weekend.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Chalet. The room was rustic and beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and secluded. Will stay here again.
