"beds was unmade no toilet paper in bathroom and water in shower was always going cold to hot switching every 10 seconds"

rude people they don’t like giving refunds seems like they just wanted to keep money and not give money back even after we told them days before we were only stay 3 nights instead of 4

quiet that’s it

very very unprofessional asked for a refund since i didn’t stay extra night and wasn’t willing to give me money back lied to booking.con and told them i stayed whole week when i went up there and told them on Thursday was going to stay 5 days instead of 6 then they try to provide me with company email instead of phone number to get refund another red flag was them telling me i wouldn’t get refund since who ever in charge of company went to vacation so would take them a while to get money back

"Great value for Tahoe!"

Spacious bedroom, with a couple of options for pillows. This was great because we could accommodate my preference (firmer pillow) and my husband’s (softer pillow)

It is a bit dated, but nothing that impacted our stay.
