Springs Lodge & Cafe

The hotel was nice to stay in and could tell it had been modernized. The floor was a little sticky and still had crumbs from the last stay. The beds were nice and firm. It was nice having a cafe, but the bees were horrible!!!

Awesome shower water pressure! Ceiling fan in room is nice. Friendly check-in.

Right in town along the hot spring creek

Nice enough but the property is old, lots of bugs and the food at the cafe was mediocre. Plastic and paper containers utensils, just not a very nice dining experience (especially considering the ratings we viewed which seemed very positive). This isn’t an upscale place by any stretch but the people/family were sweet nice and seem to work hard to provide a hospitable environment.

Clean but it’s still a motel so I think the price we paid was a little high although it was at end of summer season. The cafe and restaurant are nice but are outdoors. A 15% discount card is given to hotel guests to use at the cafe. Coffee is complimentary for hotel guests as long as the card is shown. The room was clean and had plenty of outlets for 4 guests.

Great place. Met the owners. Very nice people. We showed up at the cafe at closing and they fed us. Wouldn’t have done it but there aren’t many options there and we just arrived. Food was great. Would stay again.

This hotel was a great getaway in Hot Springs. We loved that it was pet friendly, had a cute cabin type vibe, a cafe on site, and was next to a beautiful walking area. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Close to downtown

Charm! At first glance it's just a small town motel, but upon arriving it's clear that the rooms, at least what we had, are loaded with creativity and unusualness. This is not your basic small town motel. Plus, it matches the charm of Hot Springs.

We stayed in the one bedroom cabin which was great. Separate bedroom from the sitting room and kitchenette area. Good wifi, clean, essy parking in front of the cabin. Hot Springs is a nice little town with nice coffee shops and a few restsurants. Also easy access to Mount Rushmore, Black Hills, Custer National Park, Crazy Horse memorial and amazing drives. No complaints!
