Management is non responsive when you book with travel companies. I ended up paying an extra $500 because the hotel didn’t respond on a timely matter. Hotel is overall very overpriced. There’s extra fees upon arrival that aren’t disclosed in the booking. For such a high end resort the management is shitty and not on top of things.

"Best IHG on the beach I stayed!"

Love the staff and food alternatives were very customizable. The private beach was amazing. Facilities were very new and modern.

Hotel didn’t have an adapter I asked for.

location was perfect, overall excellent stay.

due to mybe the humidity in Roatan, the high thread sheet count held moisture. Other then that, bed slept very good. Would recommend having very low count sheets as an option as well.
