Alaska Lake + Lodge at Longmere

No breakfast -no body at physical location had to call several times to get ahold of real person. This should have been explained at time of making reservations.

Prepare visitors for getting checked in.

Spacious. Comfortable bed. Clean and welcoming.

We stayed 5 nights, the fridge was too small to store perishables, and very little space to prepare simple meals.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Will be staying there again.

Lots of road noise from the highway.

Grande chambre bien équipée, parking devant la chambre.

Route pricipale, avec des camions, tres proche, impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Camping car de la chambre d a côté garée devant notre chambre donc manque d intimité nécessité de garder les rideaux fermés. Devoir appeler la propriétaire pour payer par carte par téléphone. Des taxes supplémentaires que nous n avons eu à payer nul part ailleur sur 4 semaines de sejour...Pas de contact physique avec la propriétaire. Si nous ne l avions pas appeler je ne sais pas ce qui se serait passé car elle n a jamais pris contact avec nous pour le paiement.

Comfortable bed

For a suite, access to a washer and dryer would have been nice. There was a washer and dryer upstairs but it was not hooked up. The description in booking.com says "washing machine". The kitchen only had 3 cups and 3 bowls and not very clean dishes.

We enjoyed the size of the room and convenience for accessing all the fishing spots. We would recommend to have on hand some paper towels and extra trash bags. The decor in the room was perfect, gave the place a real ‘home away from home’ feeling! We would definitely return next year! Thank you for the opportunity to stay!

Large, nice refrigerator.

False advertising, we reserved a room with washer, and with lake vies and balcony. When we arrived we were given the down stairs room, with no washer view or balcony. I reserved for a week and planned on the washer. The day we checked in I messaged and called the contact was answered first, then all txts and calls were ignored. It would not be feasible to drive to town to find a laundry Matt. So we just stayed wet and dirty. We hung up a line to try and dry clothing. Anyway don’t expect responses from manager or responses to concerns.

Appartamento moderno, ampio, ben arredato e confortevole. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Location ottima.
