Clean, Sunlight Into the Lobby and Pool Terrace, Laundry.

In the evening, I took the Laundry Coins from The Reception. Told him that I would pay for the Coins during the Check Out. He said, "PAY NOW". I told him to come with me NOW into the Room with the Technician to Open the locker. He did Open and I Paid Him in the Room. When I was Checking out, The Receptionist asked me to wait for 5 minutes so the housekeeping may check the room. They checked the room in 1-2 minutes and did not vocally tell me until I got up from the sitting area. . Then the Receptionist and the Lobby Incharge spontaneously said it is done and I am good to go only after I got up from the Seat. They need to Proactively tell me that everything is cleared so that I leave. My Taxi was waiting out for me to head to the Airport.

"Great hotel but pool a let down if you like relaxing around a pool"

Great hotel in excellent location, house keeping were quick and superb. Nice shower pressure, TV has Netflix and YouTube that you can log into

Pool is tiny, no place to sit and relax as on the rooftop and only three small uncomfortable seats. Only reason I’m giving the hotel 4 rating instead of 5. I would go to Lao Plaza Hotel around the corner and pay 120,000 kip for a pool pass for the day. Fantastic pool and hotel

I can hear music and noise at 2 am; it may come from the bar adjacent to the hotel. Love the pool on the rooftop. Parking is limited there. Road construction makes it difficult to walk in the area.
