8min walk from the airport, perfect for a short layover in town. Old glory kind of hotel

Breakfast opens at 6am, yet there was nothing to eat at 6am besides some baos.

Bed and pillows are comfortable. Room is big and cozy. View is not too bad.

Phone and TV are not working. The staff don't seem bothered, not even taking notes and checking-in with the guest again. In addition, there isn't any egg station in breakfast. The rest of the food is cold. Can be done better. Worse part is the complimentary airport shuttle. Driver did not turn up twice despite repeated attempts via email and booking.com app confirmation. Guest has to search the arrival hall for the driver, going up and down and via the exit. This is not good. If you can't offer, please don't. Please relook into your operations and make sure your Driver turns up, or communicate directly with the guest. That aside, one of the female staff was great. She took care of the shuttle the next day and offered me a meal in return due to the inconvenience . Great effort by her - thank you.

The staff we're helpful and patient with me, the rooms were big and specious and well kept.

The breakfast could have been much better.
