- Nice location (probably too noisy some nights) - The apartment is bigger than expected - Netflix, washing machine, showers, large balcony, ...

What could be improved: - add a spatula (for cooking eggs ;) - add tissue box in bathroom, - coffee capsule could be free, - add a toaster (microwave/grill is not convenient)
