The people managing the apartment are nice and the apartment are cleaned every day unless you ask them not to; they were also very helpful. I will stay there again.

The staff and management were amazing. Very welcoming and ready to help when needed. The security was always present and helped with taxis and loading luggage. The whole building was spotless and well taken care of. I had a refrigerator issue that was taken care of quickly.

The only thing I can say that could use some help is the dinners. There is no menu so you get what you get. Breakfast was very good and the coffee and juice were very good.

This hotel has to be the best value in Dakar. It wasn’t just a hotel room. It was a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. It was amazing. The service was incredible. For the price there is absolutely no way you can beat this place.

"Home away from home"

Excellent service overall - cleanliness, security, outbound airport transfer, food etc. Impressive ambience, home away from home; just as-is in the pictures. Thanks DIA and wife for being fantastic hosts, your facility was quite neat and beautiful. Many thanks for your resourcefulness, always going the extra mile, that made a non-french speaker and first time visitor like me comfortable. Big up to Sane (go to front desk guy) !!! Despite limited English, he was always willing to help and went above and beyond. Thanks Sane for the job you did to make my stay enjoyable .

Not about the apartment but significant language barrier for non French or Wolof speakers.

"I would not return nor recommend that hotel"

New clean

Inattentive staff, no quality of customer service There was no breakfast or any option to offer any alternative. Little chance of getting cumin near the hotel The wifi was unstable, the last 2 days (out of 4) there was no wifi
