South Bay Inn

South Bay Inn was an amazing place to stay. They did a great job with the renovations and the bed was extremely comfortable. The layout of the hotel as really nice and the outdoor amenities were also fantastic. There’s a large area near the bay to let your pets out. The staff was really attentive and brought us replacement coffee/creamers quickly after we called. Would highly recommend South Bay Inn!!!

The ladies that work the desk and clean go above and beyond. If we are in this area again we would stay again.

Nice showers clean and updated

Great spot to stay if you arrive on the ferry from Victoria around no one. It’s a few hours away and sets you up perfectly to start your Oregon coast journey. We did struggle with the induction stove top so some instructions would be helpful. Also the Mexican restaurant by the harbour was very good

Amazing stay! Will have to book again. Ditto on previous comments re: amenities. Slept 2 hours longer than usual.

Rooms are a bit cramped

Very clean and very new. Perfect location for us.

For one, the dinky coffee maker contained a used pod from previous guest. Clearly, the maker was not cleaned at all. Secondly, units 1 and 22 are located right by a busy road. Perhaps during building/remodel, the walls could have been insulated extra to ward of the road noise. The walls are too thin that my husband and I can hear people talking as well. Thirdly, I think the extra bed topping should be washed. No sure how often those are laundered but ours smelled unclean. Other than that, appreciate the overall condition and decor of the facility and will recommend the place to others and share our experience, let them decide.
